Use this calculator to find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight. Then make sure you have a good grasp of the calorific content of all the foods you eat, and you can start losing weight!

BMI Calculator

This calculator tells you if you are overweight or underweight, as per the Body Mass Index.

Women: If your Body Mass Index is 27.3 or higher, you are defined as overweight.
Men: If your Body Mass Index is 27.8 or higher, you are defined as overweight.

Remember though - this doesn't take into account the size of your frame, so take the results with a pinch of salt.
