This handy calculator tells you how many calories are burned by a selection of different activities.
This calculator tells you if you are overweight or underweight, as per the Body Mass Index.
Women: If your Body Mass Index is 27.3 or higher, you are defined as overweight.
Men: If your Body Mass Index is 27.8 or higher, you are defined as overweight.
Remember though - this doesn't take into account the size of your frame, so take the results with a pinch of salt.
