I
have been lucky enough to model all around the
world. Along the way I've met some wonderful people, seen amazing places and
cultures, and been involved professionally in incredible events.
Its a way of life that I would recommend to anyone, but it hasn't always been easy!
As a teenager my friends suggested that I become a model. But I was eating junk food, not exercising, and generally in no shape to pursue my dream.
By cutting down on carbs and exercising more, I was able to lose the weight and embark on my successful career. But that was just the easy part!
What really becomes tough is keeping the weight off. Modeling can keep you busy during the whole year. Shooting Spring fashion and bikinis in the middle of Winter means watching your weight for 12 months a year.
So that's where models become very knowledgeable about dieting, exercise and nutrition. Its a part of the job!
And now, after so many years of being asked 'What's the best diet?', 'How do you stay so thin?' and 'Why can't I lost this weight?', I've decided to put my knowledge into a website to share with other people.
I've also tried to put my own experiences into this site too, because however many diet books you read, I think its always more valuable to hear someone tell you there own experiences, not just what the diet companies want you to hear.
