Hi I guess I'm the first to ask a question on here! I'm 5'2" and weigh about 130lbs - how many calories a day do you think I should eat on a sustainable weight loss plan?

Try limiting your calories to 1200-1300 calories a day. You really shouldn't be eating less than that for your body to function properly. Check out this page to get an idea of lower calorie healthy options. http://www.modeldietplan.com/realmodeldiet1.htm

Also be sure to drink plenty of water and include 30 minutes of exercise in your daily routine, even if it is just a fast paced walk. It's important to keep active as much as possible to stay trim and lean.

hi im skye hutchings i am 56.2kg thats what my weight meshra told me how much calories a day do you think i should eat on a sustainable weight loss plane ?????

I really love this site and think the tips and articles are fantastic - especially the real model diets. I do think it's important to note, however, that these models aren't necessary nutritionists or doctors and you should make sure to verify everything with your own doctor before restricting your calories or starting an intense workout regime. Most women aren't genetically set up to have a "model's" figure (they are the luck ones!) so you may actually need more calories than they do.

hi well i want to lose 60 pounds and my weight is 244. how many calories should i eat each day to lose the 60 pounds that i want?

Hi I am 5"4' and weight 140lbs. I want to get down to about 125lbs. How many calories should I be eating a day to stay healthy but also loose those last few pounds?
