I have been using the Hotpants Workout DVD for a few years now. I love it because its fun, easy and it really makes a difference! My mum can always tell when i start using it again, and so can I!
I have also just bought the Jillian Michaels DVD's ('No more trouble zones' and 'Banish fat, boost metabolism' which are awsome! although they are hard! I do them with my boyfriend and he even has sweat dripping from him at the end!
I really reccomend them as they do get easier everytime you do them. The first time after doing the no more trouble zones one my legs we sooo sore for about 3 days!
