Hi!
I've a big problem with portion sizes - I always end up eating way more than I should. Also I feel like I'm hungry all the time, but sometimes especially on a bad day, I have to eat although I'm not hungry at all. I always feel really really bad afterwards. =( And helping tips on that?

It sounds like you have emotional eating issues. You need to seriously commit yourself to cutting down your portions. Eat smaller meals more frequently rather than 3 large meals a day. And when you feel sad or bored and have the urge to just eat do something to distract yourself. Go for a walk. Call someone you havn't talked to in a while. Take a bath. I would recomend doing the fasting/cleansing diet so you can understand when you are actually hungry and when you are emotionally eating.

I used to have a similiar problem. I got really hungry every 2 hours...which is a huge annoyance as I found myself always thinking of food.

Now what I find helps is firstly to do a "cleanse" (even if its just for one day) on the weekend. I then try and eat only when im hungry and when i do each meal/snack is of a high nutritional value.

I also try in keep in mind my goals everytime I eat something and ask myself whether this is helping me reach those goals or is it not?
Good Luck*

P.s Food diary is a fantastic tool! Write down everything you eat and everything you know about what you're eating (carbs, fat, protein)

To reduce food cravings, especially for sugar, try spreading your calories out as much as possible. Whatever you do don't skip meals. If you do, energy levels drop and your body will crave high-sugar foods.
Good luck!
