I was a bride's maid in my friend's wedding and when I saw the pictures, that did it. I looked way older and bigger than everyone in the wedding party. On top of that I'd lost all confidence in the dating world, so I was single for almost 2 years. So after the wedding, I gave up fast food, sweets, alcohol,and all junk food.

My new diet consists of eggs or oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, whole wheat sandwhiches or salads with low fats dressing for lunch, and veggies with brown rice pasta or steamed veggies with chicken or fish for dinner. My snacks are low fat jellow, plain yogurt,fruit,or nuts.

Changing my eating habits was dificult in the beginning and I kept messing up but now I'm strict and it's so worth it! I'm not self conscious of my stomach anyone and shopping doesn't depress me now. I'm still working on that bikini body but I'm happy with myself. I'm even seeing a wonderful guy now! I am so much happier with life now!
