Pageant in 23 days! Ahh Options

I am competing in a pageant in 23 days. I am so nervous because A) it was a last minute decision B) I need to lose weight.
I have been doing pilates but I need to do more cardio and eat better. I googled the calories in some of the items I've been eating and I was SHOCKED! Who knew salad dressings could be so fattening?
I looked at Nyree's diet on here and I think I am going to stick to that! It seems easy enough : )

You're right - salad dressing is probably the number one source of hidden calories. Even a simple caesar salad can be as fattening as a burger.

Try a balsamic vinaigrette or a mix of plain yogurt, lemon juice and mustard instead.
