Real Model Diet & Beauty Tips: Ruby

Ruby's Diet Tips

Ruby adds a daily health tonic to her routine to keep her energized and healthy for photoshoots and TV commercials. Aloe Vera juice is packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids, which rid the body of harmful toxins and increase her metabolism.

To stay lean and invigorated, Ruby practices deep breathing. Deep breathing delivers more oxygen to the body - essential for burning fat. Extra oxygen through deep breathing increases your metabolism and energy, in addition to speeding up the elimination of toxins.

Ruby sticks to a healthy, low fat diet that keeps her body in great shape and her complexion perfect. Her day starts with a filling breakfast - favorite choices are oatmeal with dried fruit, muesli with yogurt, low fat cottage cheese with berries, or egg white omelet with fresh veggies. For lunch she eats a salad, then dinner is steamed veggies with brown rice and either chicken or fish. If she feels like a snack she picks up some low fat cheese, nuts or fruit.

If Ruby has any swimwear or underwear shoots coming up, she replaces lunch or dinner with vegetable soup for a few days for some quick weight loss.
